Volunteering at Mount Zion

To be able to fulfil our aims at Mount Zion we need you!  Mount Zion operates almost exclusively on the good will of volunteers. We are keen to recruit more and welcome people who have a range of skills and experience, who may be able to help us any way. Volunteers are needed to help with open days, events, cataloguing and maintaining the archive, education, IT and communications and the practical jobs which are needed to maintain the wonderful Mount Zion building.

We are particularly keen to encourage young people to become part of our team. Volunteering experience looks great on a CV and can help through providing real life experience and enhancing skills and knowledge when it comes to applying for jobs. Short term internships may be available in 2005. So, whether you see your future employment being in the heritage and arts sector, IT and communications, teaching or in building, decorating or ground maintenance, we may be able to help you and you may be able to help to preserve Mount Zion for current and future generations.
